Man denies assault, says he entered young person when he "fell" on her

 

Agent Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, a property engineer denies assault guaranteeing he may have infiltrated a youngster in the wake of falling on top of her, a court has listened. He professedly constrained himself on the young lady as she mulled over the couch in his rich level in Maida Vale, West London, taking after a night of drinking.

Whenever captured, Abdulaziz reacted by telling police "She'll need to demonstrate it", the court was told.


The 18-year-old had met Abdulaziz in the Cirque le Soir dance club in the West End on August 7 a year ago where she had been going through the night with a companion, a jury listened.

Abdulaziz offered to give the pair a lift home from the celeb hotspot in his Aston Martin, Southwark Crown Court listened.

He welcomed the two young ladies into his level for a nightcap then he took the affirmed casualty's companion into a room for sex.

The complainant woke in the early hours of the morning to discover Abdulaziz on top of her constraining himself inside her, it is asserted.

Prosecutor Jonathan Davies told a jury:

"She woke up with the litigant kissing her and his penis in her vagina, she was wearing shorts and he had pulled them to the other side.

"She said 'what are you doing?' he said 'it's fine' showing that her companion was sleeping.

"She got up to discover her companion, attempted to wake her however wouldn't, she be able to then attempted to escape the level as fast as possible.' "She was exceptionally steamed about what had happened to her and in light of the fact that she couldn't wake her companion, she called two companions, she then called the police.

"Subsequently or her dissension she was identified with and she was therapeutically analyzed at a rape referral focus."

Abdulaziz at first told police he had woken the young lady at 5.30am when he went to get a glass of water from the kitchen and to switch off the TV, the prosecutor said.

He guaranteed the youngster pulled him onto her and set his hand between her legs.

In any case, she get to be irate when he had offered to call her a taxi and raged into the room to wake her companion, Mr Davies said.

Abdulaziz was re-met by police in May this year after hints of his DNA were followed to the casualty.

Mr Davies said:

"On this event he said after he had intercourse with the complainant's companion his penis was still erect and he had semen staring him in the face when he went into the family room.

"He said in the second meeting she pushed his hands down on to her vagina.

"He said that he did fall on to her and his penis may have entered her vagina. You may consider, individuals from the jury, him changing the record he was giving."

Abdulaziz, of Maida Vale, London denies assault. The trial proceeds.
